DNA transposons are exposed to a molecular domestication process, which results in the formation of neogenes,which may play role human genetic instability. TIGD3 (Tigger-derived [TIGD] family proteins) is one ofthese Neogene, and its genome unknown.Aim: The expression Neogene colorectal cancer cell lines putative function carcinogenesisare being investigated.Method: protein gene was investigated using western blot method twelvecolorectal (HCT116, SW48, LOVO, DLD1) that microsatellite instable MSI, (SW480, SW620,HT29, LS123, COLO205, T84, SW403, SW1463) stable MSS, healthy colon tissue as acontrol our study.Results: found all twelve lines, with varyingdegrees numerous isoforms, not tissue.Conclusion: There be link between evolution or progression expression.
